Our Frequently Asked Questions

Our current turnaround time is 7-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. This starts when you've paid in full and we have all required information. Complex orders or additional finishing services may increase turnaround time by approximately 2 days per finishing service. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice.

All files must be in vector format and sized to the desired print dimensions. Text must be converted to outlines. The quality of printing depends on the quality of the artwork provided. We are not responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork or any errors in your art files.

Our maximum imprint sizes vary by garment size: • SMALL - 13" W x 22" H • MEDIUM - 15" W x 23" H • LARGE - 17" W x 24" H Please note that prints over seams may result in imperfections.

Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise approved by Quality Print Center staff. For check payments, the turnaround time will not begin until the check clears.

We check every garment as it comes off the press. Customers have a 72-hour window from receipt of goods to notify us of any issues. We will reprint any items printed differently than the approved mock-up, but claims must be submitted within this timeframe.

Cancellations made after order placement are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any additional fees for services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments has begun.

While we strive to meet all must-have dates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Rush fees may apply, and customers may be responsible for expedited shipping charges. Quality Print Center is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
